TajGVK Hotels Delivers Strong Q4 Performance, Riding on Post-Pandemic Travel Revival

TajGVK Hotels & Resorts Limited reported a 10.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25, reflecting sustained momentum in India’s premium hospitality sector. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs. 28.6 crore, supported by an uptick in travel demand and a resilient operating model. Revenue also climbed 11.9% to Rs. 130.59 crore, although expenses grew proportionately. As a joint venture between the GVK Group and the Indian Hotels Company Ltd.
