Brigade Enterprises Ltd has announced a major expansion with the development of a 20-acre residential project in Malur, East Bengaluru. This project, which is expected to generate Rs 175 crore in revenue, marks the company's first foray into plotted development in the region. With a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 175 crore and a development potential of 0.45 million square feet, the project is strategically located near key infrastructure hubs, including the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Chennai Expressway.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd, a prominent player in India's real estate market, is set to develop a 10-acre housing project in Mysuru, Karnataka, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 225 crore. The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for the land, which will include plots and apartments, covering a total development area of approximately 0.37 million square feet. This move is in line with Brigade’s strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for real estate in Mysuru, a city increasingly known for its improving infrastructure and cultural significance.
