Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (Tata Power-DDL) to deliver a comprehensive training programme for engineers over the next five years. The initiative aims to enhance technical skills in power distribution management, safety standards, consumer service, and emerging technologies. It encompasses both newly recruited and incumbent engineers.
