The planned development is projected to generate approximately Rs. 1,500 crore in revenue and will offer around 1.5 million square feet of saleable area. This move aligns with the company’s strategy of deepening its presence in key urban micro-markets.

Godrej Properties Ltd, a prominent name in India’s real estate sector, has announced the acquisition of a 14-acre land parcel in the high-demand Kharadi-Wagholi corridor of Pune. The project, primarily focused on premium residential development, is expected to yield a revenue potential of Rs. 4,200 crore. With an estimated developable area of 3.7 million square feet, the project aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in emerging urban micro-markets.

Godrej Properties delivered a robust performance in fiscal year 2024-25, acquiring 14 prime land parcels across key Indian cities with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 26,500 crore, surpassing its initial target. The Mumbai-based developer recorded a 31% jump in sales bookings, hitting Rs 29,444 crore, and nearly doubled its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,399.89 crore.
