Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has kicked off the fiscal year on a strong note, posting a net profit of Rs. 521.45 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024. This marks a substantial year-on-year growth, reflecting improvements in asset quality, higher net interest income, and disciplined cost management. The private sector lender also reported an uptick in its key financial metrics, including net interest margin and operating income.

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) reported a commendable 13% increase in net profit to Rs. 513 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, compared to Rs. 456 crore in the same period last year. The private sector lender also recorded a 7.5% rise in total income during Q4 FY25, reaching Rs. 3,025 crore. For the full fiscal year 2024-25, the bank posted a strong 21% growth in net profit to Rs. 1,942 crore. Reflecting confidence in its performance, the board recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.60 per share, equivalent to 130%, rewarding shareholders amid sustained earnings momentum.
