This move signals a significant step in the company’s phased strategy to build a workforce of approximately 3,500 over the next five years. The recruits have been enrolled in a rigorous training regime under the Naan Mudhalvan skilling initiative, facilitated through partnerships with institutions, government agencies, and technical mentors.
